• A 50 percent deposit is required to confirm the booking

• Remaining balance is due upon final delivery

• Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer or cash

• Late payments beyond 14 days may result in project delay or additional fees

• All services provided will be outlined and agreed upon prior to production

• Any additional work outside the initial agreement may incur additional charges

• The Cloud Productions retains ownership of all footage unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Clients receive final edited videos for their intended usage

• RAW files are not shared unless requested with an additional fee

• We reserve the right to use all footage for our portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes

• Clients are entitled to up to four free revisions

• Additional edits may be subject to extra cost

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot are non-refundable

• In the event of force majeure or uncontrollable delay, production will be rescheduled at no extra charge

• We are not responsible for any technical failures or environmental conditions outside our control during the shoot

• Clients are responsible for securing necessary permits and permissions unless agreed otherwise

These terms are governed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates

Any disputes shall be resolved under UAE legal procedures

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
